This started on Wednesday. Today is Tuesday. I recieved no call Monday. I had to call today to ask why they didnt call me Monday to find out there was a delay and they hope they show up tomorrow. That would be a week without seeing well and having to have my font huge just to see this.

Its poor customer service on top of them scratching my glasses in the first place. Then charge me a fee to get them fixed. Ther owner dont want to make this right.

Im supposed be in California with my son who is in Millers childrens hospital. Very rude and unfriendly environment at the Ingersoll location. How you do think a conversation is over when she hung up in my face as I was talking? I have never in my life been hung up on by a receptionist I have been wearing the same look of glasses forever because I didnt know how to decide what would look good on my face, with my coloring etc.

I went to the Ingersoll location and with their expert guidance, bought some glasses that I probably would have never tried on They had a huge selection and I liked so many of the frames, I ended up buying more than one! Now, I cant go anywhere without getting compliments on my glasses! Thanks Whylie for making me look my best! This place is awesome! The entire staff is amazing and they took great care of me. Whitney knows her stuff. The eye doctor impressed me with his high level of care.

I have not gotten my glasses yet, but I have had occasion to get glasses for my kids there. The opticians are very knowlegeable and helpful. Overall, we always have good experiences there. Greteman Carroll, Iowa location has been our family eye doctor for years. He is wonderful. He has seen us for regular eye exams and in emergencies. The gals in the office are friendly and help us when we need our glasses fixed.

Each time I leave with new, stylish frames and excellent customer service. I love walking in the door to people who know my name and my style! Ive been going to Whylies since I first got glasses back in elementary school.

As terrified as I was, Dr. Jenn Overton was very kind. I also noticed that the 90 dollar transition treatment i paid for was not on my lenses. Which is really bad since they make the lenses right there.

I complained and they took another 2 weeks to make new lenses. Once I got my new lenses they didn't fit the frames and stuck out in the middle.

It was terrible. I complained and they tried to tell me that is how it was supposed to be. After intensive internet searching and going to other stores I confirmed that you are not supposed to be able to see out between your lens and the frames. I tried to fix it and the frame broke. Once I got those back with the lenses I left at the store, they gave me back the glasses and the lenses were so scratched up I couldn't see out of them.

I complained and they told me I must have given the lenses to them like that and charged me to replace the lenses!!!
