Top Voted Answer. The purity quests are only given by Farkas or Vilkas. Just keep on doing radiant quests for them, one at a time, until they offer it to you. I got Farkas to give it to me after just one radiant quest, but Vilkas took a long time. User Info: Benjifer. I'm pretty sure the number of quests you have to do is random. But getting Purity from Vilkas first is likely to cause problems and so it's to be avoided.
Take quests from Farkas first until he gives it to you instead. If you need to get radiant quests from Vilkas in the meantime, just store the heads somewhere when you talk to him.
